Learn to say “NO” – with a smile.

Daily Planning…
Do no more than 3 Creator tasks per day.
Use a Master Task List.
Assign a type & duration to each task & keep tasks categorized & prioritized.

Do no more than 4-6 “Spend” tasks per day (including meetings).
Pick the 4-6 most important “Spend” tasks to be done.

Daily Planning…
Break tasks into 15 minute, 30 minute & 60 minute segments.
Do at least 1 of each of the “Give” & “Save” tasks daily.

Use one system & stick to it.
Don’t “Spend” all your time, remember to “Give” & “Save” some as well.
High Importance & High Urgency = Top Priority
High Importance & Low Urgency = High Priority
Low Importance & High Urgency = Medium Priority
Low Importance & Low Urgency = Low Priority

Use Time Budget to achieve balance;
use Importance & Urgency to gauge priority.
